IMAGINE
HEALING
ABOUT
Come join us on Saturday, November 2nd for Imagine Healing: Arts of Transformation. Experience an afternoon of live music, an exhibition of art by survivors, a panel of guest speakers and the chance to support Santa Cruz survivor-allied organizations.
Together we will make a space that honors the courage and the art of transforming after/in trauma. The exhibiting artists at this show demonstrate the alchemizing power of art to heal after abuse and assault.

OUR MISSION
Is to work to dismantle systems of oppression, engage in lifelong self-reflection and critique of one's own power and privilege in society and to shift social systems from
A world in which violence is the norm
to
a world where all people can live their lives free from fear of harm in shared safety.
A world in which trauma is a dark secret
to
a world where transforming through trauma can be shared in solidarity and compassion.
A world in which a person who has experienced trauma is “damaged”
to
a world where trauma can be alchemized for learning, strength, and being able to meet pain in others.
